ITS will be applying updates to the campus-wide printing technology (Papercut) on Tuesday, Aug. 9 from 6:00 p.m.- 10:00 p.m. The team will be applying the annual upgrade of the Papercut application on all Ricoh Multifunction devices. During the upgrade, Papercut will not be available. Copy, Scan and Print functionality on all Ricoh MF devices will be unavailable. Any print jobs sent after 6:00 p.m. will not be processed or be available for release at a printer. If you have any issues with printing after the scheduled maintenance, please contact the Technology Help Desk (help@brandeis.edu or 781-736-4357).
