Verizon has advised that end-users experiencing problems reaching campus need to call the technical support number on their bill. We are aware of at least one end-user who had success getting this issue resolved via contacting Verizon via this method.

Update
We have become aware of a major Verizon network outage in the New York City area, which is probably the root cause of the Verizion Fios connectivity issues. For at least once customer, we could trace their traffic getting as far as NYC before stopping.

We have received a few reports of Verizon Fios customers not being able to reach campus servers. The problem lies within the Verizon network. The Verizon Fios customers experiencing the problem need to reach out to Verizion technical support. The Brandeis Network Operations team has also reached out to Verizon.
