After the incident with Confluence, ITS has restored and secured access to KnowledgeBase (kb.brandeis.edu). Effective immediately, access to Confluence spaces will require authentication via single sign-on. For questions or issues, contact the Help Desk (6-4357 or help@brandeis.edu).

Monitoring
ITS has restored access to KnowledgeBase (kb.brandeis.edu) via single sign-on both on and off campus (VPN is no longer be required). We are still assessing the impact of the incident and will post updates as necessary. If you have issues accessing KB, please contact the Help Desk (6-4357 or help@brandeis.edu).
