ITS will applying a critical patch to the load balancing software (Netscaler) during this time. Specifically to address issue with LATTE, PeopleSoft, Identity and EZProxy (library). Load balancing is used to improve the responsiveness and increase availability of various applications. There is no impact or associated downtime of Brandeis systems or services. This scheduled maintenance affected: Authentication and Login (Authentication/Login, Brandeis Account Management (identity.brandeis.edu)) and ERP (Workday, sage, Finance, Data Warehouse), LATTE (Moodle).
