Update
ITS has identified an issue with course videos in LATTE or embedded on Brandeis websites, specifically Ensemble videos. Users are unable to play the video or receive a playback error message. We are working to resolve the issue and will provide updates as they become available. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Investigating
The Ensemble Video server is currently experiencing intermittent playback issues. Playback may result in an error message on some browsers. This issue affect all videos hosted on the Ensemble Video server including LATTE Online Course Videos.
