ITS will be updating the load balancing software (Netscaler) on Wednesday, Feb. 19 from 6-9 a.m; this is part 2 of 2. Load balancing is used to improve the responsiveness and increase availability of various applications. There is no impact or associated downtime of Brandeis systems or services.
