The Slate vendor (Technolutions) and ITS will be upgrading the authentication keys used for the following Slate databases: Undergraduate Admissions, GSAS, GPS, and Heller on Wednesday, May 11 from 10:00 a.m.-11:00 a.m. Only users of those specific Slate databases will be affected. No interruption in access is expected for people who are logged in to Slate prior to the upgrade starting. People who attempt to log in during the upgrade may have a short period (5-15 minutes) where they will receive an error that prevents login, but login will be successful once the upgrade is complete. If you encounter any issues, please contact the Technology Help Desk (781-736-4357 or help@brandeis.edu).
