ITS will be applying a change to the load balancing software (Netscaler) on Tuesday, Feb. 25 from 6-8:00 a.m. Specifically to update LDAP - authentication used for applications such as Adirondack, R25, MicroStrategy, etc. Load balancing is used to improve the reliability and resiliency for applications. There is no impact or associated downtime. If you have any issues, please contact the Help Desk (6-HELP or help@brandeis.edu).
