ITS will be performing maintenance to JIRA on Wednesday, Feb. 24 from 6-7 p.m. JIRA is used by Help Desk and other areas on campus as an intake for support service inquiries. JIRA will be unavailable during the maintenance window. Any emails sent to help@brandeis.edu or other service accounts will be queued up and delivered after the maintenance is complete. If you experience any issues after the maintenance window, please contact the Help Desk (help@brandeis.edu or 781-736-4357).
