ITS will be conducting emergency maintenance to the VPN servers (Pulse Secure) on Wednesday, May 5 from 5 - 6:00 p.m. The team will be applying an update that will resolve the issue with accessing file shares via wormhole.brandeis.edu. There may be a brief service outage during the maintenance window. If you encounter any issues, please contact the Help Desk (help@brandeis.edu or 781-736-4357).
