ITS will be updating the VPN client (Pulse Secure) on Wednesday, Aug 5 at 6-7 a.m. If you are connected to VPN during this time, you may experience a brief disconnect and reconnect to the VPN service. For users of Pulse Secure, you will be prompted to accept the new version of the VPN client; it is optional to accept the update. If you encounter any issues connecting to a service that requires a VPN connection after the update, please contact the Help Desk (6-HELP or help@brandeis.edu).
