ITS will be conducting scheduled maintenance to help.brandeis.edu (JIRA) on Monday, Oct. 11 from 8:30 - 9 a.m. The team will be applying certificate updates to the server during this time. There is no anticipated impact to use of help.brandeis.edu services (submitting tickets or accessing JIRA) during the maintenance window.
