ITS will be upgrading the network switches in 567 South Street Apartments during this time. The work will take approximately several hours during the designated upgrade window. During the upgrade scheduled, all internet access (wired and wireless) including Brandeis campus phones will not be available in the service area. The network outage is localized to the service area. If you encounter any issues, please contact the Help Desk (6-HELP or help@brandeis.edu).
