ITS will be upgrading the network switches in Volen on Monday, Aug. 18 from 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. The Volen basement, 1st & 2nd floors will lose wireless, internet, phones, and facilities devices will go down during this maintenance. Campus Network - Scheduled Maintenance Aug 19, 2025 06:00-14:00 EDT

ITS will be conducting scheduled maintenance to the campus wireless network on Tuesday, Aug. 19 from 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. The network team will be upgrading the code on the Wireless controllers and Access Points. This is a rolling upgrade, and should cause minimal interruption to end users. While we perform this replacement, the whole campus will lose access to the internet through the Brandeis network. This includes Personal Computers, Zoom Phones, and other internet connected devices. Scheduled - ITS will be conducting scheduled maintenance on CCure on Monday, Aug. 11 - Wednesday Aug. 13 from 9:00 a.m - 5:00 pm. CCure is the door access management system across campus. The security certificate for the access control panel of the following buildings will be updated. During the update, the readers may go offline. When the readers are offline, they will continue to operate normally. Existing access for users will remain. However, changes in user access will not take effect until the panels are back online.

Scheduled - ITS will be applying software and security updates to the campus-wide printing technology (Papercut) on Monday, Aug. 11 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. All Ricoh devices will be affected, along with every Faculty, Staff, and Student. During this window, the Ricoh devices will experience connection issues to the Papercut servers. It is best to refrain from sending any print jobs to the virtual print queues during this window as you will not be able to release the job and any jobs sent may get deleted.
