Investigating
Brandeis IT is actively investigating additional issues with all campus call centers, including the Help Desk, Student Financial Services, Registrar, Operator Line, etc. All of these call centers have been administratively closed until the problem is resolved.

The issue with the telephone system has been identified. A fix has been determined, tested and is being deployed to the affected telephones. Normal system state will return shortly.
