Monitoring - Spring term 2022 registration has reopened in Workday. The Registrar’s Office and Workday Student team identified the source of the technical issue and applied a solution. Investigating - The Registrar's Office and Workday Student team are aware there is an issue with enrolling in sections for the Spring term in Workday. The team identified a technical system error as the source of the issue. At this time, registration including add/drop in Workday has been temporarily suspended - students will not be able to add or drop courses at this time. Monitoring - ITS has identified the source of the previously reported issue affecting the course import and backup functions. The team has applied a fix, and the course and backup functions are now working as expected. They will continue to monitor the system to ensure it continues to be available and work as needed. Investigating - ITS is aware that instructors are encountering an issue when trying to backup and import LATTE courses. Users will receive the following error message "error: setting_invalid_ui_label". The LATTE team is actively investigating the issue and updates will be posted as they become available. Scheduled - ITS will be performing an upgrade to LATTE on Tuesday, Jan. 4, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. LATTE will be unavailable during this time. The maintenance window will include an upgrade to a recent release of Moodle, critical security patches to optimize the system by increasing responsiveness, performance and ensure reliability and stability of the system.
