ITS will update the campus perimeter firewall firmware during this time. There will minimal to no impact to the campus network during this time. We will be upgrading the Ensemble Video system to version 5.3. Videos should continue to stream during the upgrade. There will be a brief period where new videos may not be able to be uploaded or edited during the maintenance window.

CollegeNet, service provider for our scheduling software will be upgrading 25Live to a new improved version of the platform, branded 25Live Pro during this time. Investigating - ITS is investigating an issue that caused several dozen Brandeis accounts to be incorrectly flagged as expired. Those affected are unable to log into Brandeis systems and services. ITS is working to restore access for affected users. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Monitoring - Box.com has reported services have been restored. Users can now access the Box web application, Box Sync, and Box Drive. They will continue to monitor service to ensure it is working as needed.

There will be minimal to no impact to users as it will redirect network traffic from one access point to another if needed. Scheduled - Workday will be undergoing routine maintenance during this time. Access to Workday will be unavailable from September 7 at 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The outage is limited to Workday and does not impact the Brandeis network or other systems. The only impact for Brandeis employees is that they will not be able to access Workday from any internet connection during the outage period.
