ITS will be applying updates to the campus-wide printing technology (Papercut) on Wednesday, Apr. 16 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. The team will be applying necessary system security updates. During this window, the Ricoh devices will experience connection issues to the Papercut servers. It may be possible to still send jobs, but there is an increased risk the job gets lost/deleted. However, it won't be possible to release the job. It is best to refrain from sending any print jobs to the virtual print queues during this window.
