ITS will be updating the load balancing hardware (Netscaler) on Thursday, Mar. 4 from 9:00 a.m. -3 p.m. Load balancing is used to improve the responsiveness and increase availability of various applications. There is no anticipated impact to the campus WiFi during this time. Users with remote access points (RAPs) may see their RAP and phone reboot (approx. 15 minutes) during the start of the maintenance window.
