LATTE Upgrade Aug 12, 08:00-17:00 EDT
ITS will be performing an upgrade to LATTE on Thursday, Aug. 12 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. LATTE will be unavailable during this time. The maintenance window will include an upgrade to a recent release of Moodle, critical security patches, and a number of feature updates (e.g., QuickMail, Activity Chooser, H5P). In addition, the changes will apply overall system optimization to increase responsiveness, performance and ensure reliability and stability of the system. Monitoring - The LATTE team has identified that the Quickmail issue only affects two non-credit orientation courses (Orientation for Graduate Students (Summer 2021) and Heller Summer Institute 2021). It does not impact the majority of currently active courses. We will be contacting the instructors and students enrolled in the affected courses to provide steps on an interim workaround.
