On Saturday August 8th between 7AM and 7PM, the Network Operations team will be upgrading the software in the network switches that provide service in all campus buildings. During this service window, each building on campus will experience a complete loss of network service for all wired, wireless and Cisco phones for approximately 10 minutes. We expect the majority of the work to be completed between 7AM and 10AM, but reserve the entire window to address any unexpected issues that may arise. Normal, stable service should resume by 7PM.
