Scheduled - ITS will be performing a bi-annual upgrade of the PaperCut printing solution, utilized by the large Ricoh MF devices around campus on Tuesday, Jan. 6 from 5:00 PM-9:00 PM. This upgrade will affect only the Faculty & Staff Ricoh printers (FacStaff). During the upgrade, PaperCut will not be available. Copy, Scan and Print functionality on all Ricoh MF devices will be unavailable. Any print jobs sent after 5:00 p.m. will not be processed or be available for release at a printer. If you have any issues with printing after the scheduled maintenance, please contact the Technology Help Desk (help@brandeis.edu or 781-736-4357).
