ITS will be performing a bi-annual upgrade of the PaperCut printing solution, utilized by the large Ricoh MF devices around campus on Wednesday, Jan. 7 from 5:00 PM-9:00 PM. This upgrade will affect only the Student Ricoh printers. During the upgrade, PaperCut will not be available. Copy, Scan and Print functionality on all Ricoh MF devices will be unavailable. Any print jobs sent after 5:00 p.m. will not be processed or be available for release at a printer. If you have any issues with printing after the scheduled maintenance, please contact the Technology Help Desk (help@brandeis.edu or 781-736-4357).
