ITS will be upgrading the load balancing software (Netscaler) during this time. Specifically to update Shibboleth (login.brandeis.edu) and LDAP. Load balancing is used to improve the responsiveness and increase availability of various applications. There is no impact or associated downtime of Brandeis systems or services.
