ITS will be upgrading the operating system for VPN (Pulse Secure) on Wednesday, August 12 from 6-8 a.m. If you are connected to VPN during this time, you may experience a brief disconnect and reconnect to the VPN service. If you encounter any issues connecting to a service that requires a VPN connection after the update, please contact the Help Desk (help@brandeis.edu or 781-736-4357).
