ITS will be performing maintenance to the campus voice system on Thursday, Oct. 29 from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. The team will update the voice analog gateways in Shapiro Admissions building. This will only impact the analog phones (fax machines, campus blue phones). There is no impact to campus VoIP voice services during this time. If you encounter any issues after the scheduled maintenance, please contact the Help Desk (help@brandeis.edu or 781-736-4357).
