ITS will be updating the VPN client (Pulse Secure) on Wednesday, April 7 from 8:00 - 8:15 a.m. The team will be applying a new version and apply security updates during this time.. There may be a brief service outage during the maintenance window. For users of Pulse Secure, you will be prompted to accept the new version of the VPN client. If you have questions or encounter any issues, please contact the Help Desk (6-HELP or help@brandeis.edu)
