ITS will be conducting scheduled maintenance to the the perimeter firewall on Monday, Sept. 29 from 5:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. During this time, the team will be upgrading the necessary patch for the perimeter firewall. Internet traffic (especially live stream) may be degraded or interrupted. There is no guarantee of the service during this time. We recommend that you avoid scheduling large file downloads that may take longer than a few hours. The following services are likely to experience degradation: - Live/Streaming traffic - Scheduled file upload and download - Internet traffic in general - Zoom Voice Traffic If you encounter any issues with the network (wired or wireless) after the scheduled maintenance, please contact the Technology Help Desk (781-736-4357 or help@brandeis.edu).
