ITS will applying a critical update to Netscaler on Thursday, Jan. 16 at 6-6:30 a.m. Specifically to update load balancing for LATTE, PeopleSoft, Identity and EZProxy (library). Load balancing is used to improve the responsiveness and increase availability of various applications. There is no impact or associated downtime of Brandeis systems or services.
