ITS will be performing an emergency update of the PaperCut printing solution, utilized by the large Ricoh MF devices around campus on Thursday, Sept. 10 from 8:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. This update will affect ALL Ricoh printers (FacStaff & Student) across campus. During the update, PaperCut will not be available. Copy, Scan and Print functionality on all Ricoh MF devices will be unavailable. Any print jobs sent after 8:00 p.m. will not be processed or be available for release at a printer. If you have any issues with printing after the scheduled maintenance, please contact the Technology Help Desk (help@brandeis.edu or 781-736-4357).
