ITS will be applying software and security updates to the campus-wide printing technology (Papercut) on Monday, Aug. 11 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. All Ricoh devices will be affected, along with every Faculty, Staff, and Student. During this window, the Ricoh devices will experience connection issues to the Papercut servers. It is best to refrain from sending any print jobs to the virtual print queues during this window as you will not be able to release the job and any jobs sent may get deleted. If you have any issues with printing after the scheduled maintenance, please contact the Technology Help Desk (help@brandeis.edu or 781-736-4357).
