ITS will be conducting maintenance to VPN (Pulse Secure) on Wednesday, Feb. 4 from 7:00am- 8:00am. The team will be moving to a new IP range for VPN connections. The firewalls on the servers need to be adjusted to allow connections from the new range. There should be no service interruption from this maintenance.
If you encounter any issues using VPN after the scheduled maintenance, please contact the Help Desk (help@brandeis.edu or 781-736-4357).
