The perimeter firewall will be undergoing the required firmware/hotfix updates on Tuesday, Mar. 19 from 6:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. During this time, the Brandeis data network is expecting a minimum of intermittent data transmission delay outside of the Brandeis data network/Internet. Expect degraded service to streaming content, video, live stream, and large file transfer. ITS recommends deferring large file transfers or minimizing streaming application usage. If you encounter any issues with the network (wired or wireless) after the scheduled maintenance, please contact the Technology Help Desk (781-736-4357 or help@brandeis.edu).
