ITS will be performing a bi-annual upgrade of the PaperCut printing solution, utilized by the large Ricoh MF devices around campus on Monday, July 27 from 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. This upgrade will affect ALL Ricoh printers (FacStaff & Student) across campus. During the upgrade, PaperCut will not be available. Copy, Scan and Print functionality on all Ricoh MF devices will be unavailable. Any print jobs sent after 5:00 p.m. will not be processed or be available for release at a printer. If you have any issues with printing after the scheduled maintenance, please contact the Technology Help Desk (help@brandeis.edu or 781-736-4357).
