ITS will be updating the campus point-of-sale (POS) machines in partnership with the vendor from Monday, Dec. 16 at 6:00am through Monday, Dec 20 at 6:00pm. POS machines are used across campus for payment processing at the various dining locations. The upgrade should have minimal impact to services and will mostly be done during off-hours to minimize any disruption. The upgrade will not affect the use of your Brandeis ID card for payment. In addition, there is no impact to cash and credit/debit card payments. If you have any issues during the upgrade, please contact the Help Desk (6-HELP or help@brandeis.edu).
