ITS will be performing maintenance to the Cisco Unified Communications Manager on Thursday, Apr. 17 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The team will be performing a reboot of the Cisco Unity Connection servers to resolve issues affecting the voice recognition feature. No service interruption is anticipated due to existing redundancy across servers. If you have any issues with the phone system after the scheduled maintenance, please contact the Technology Help Desk (help@brandeis.edu or 781-736-4357).
