ITS will be performing maintenance to KnowledgeBase (kb.brandeis.edu) during this time. The system will be unavailable for approximately 1-hour. The update will address the recent issue - access to KnowledgeBase will available via single sign-on both on and off campus (VPN will no longer be required). If you encounter any issues after the update, please contact the Help Desk (6-4357 or help@brandeis.edu).
