Monitoring
ITS has received confirmation that the vendor has implemented a solution to address the previously reported issue affecting the Campus Passport Portal. Users are receiving confirmation emails for DHA and testing slot submission forms. We will continue to monitor the system to ensure it continues to work as expected. Investigating
ITS is aware there is an issue with the Campus Passport Portal where users encounter an error message ("The email address you entered appears to be invalid" when accessing the DHA or testing appointment scheduler functions. It appears that forms are submitting successfully, but the error prevents the user from receiving a confirmation page or email. If you see this error, you can return to the Passport home page or the history page (https://slate.brandeis.edu/portal/brandeis_covid19?cmd=history) to confirm your submission was received. The team is actively investigating the issue and working with the vendor of the underlying system (Slate) that is used for the Campus Passport. Updates will be posted as they become available. We apologize for the inconvenience.
