After monitoring the fix put in place for 24 hours, we are happy to announce that the issues with logging into Moodle have been resolved.

Monitoring
ITS has identified the issue to Moodle and has implemented a fix. Our community should no longer be receiving errors when attempting to log in. We will continue to monitor the platform and provide additional updates as needed.

Investigating
ITS is investigating a partial outage to Moodle being experienced by some users. Some users on campus are reporting they are unable to get to the Moodle log-in page, while others are able to access it. Moodle communities seems to be unaffected and it is unclear if this is related to the issue at our Data Center at this time. More information will be provided as soon as possible.
