Account Management (identity.brandeis.edu) IDM Upgrade - Scheduled Maintenance

Scheduled for May 18, 17:00 EDT - May 19, 12:00 EDT

Brandeis IDM (accounts.brandeis.edu) will be upgraded beginning Monday May 18th at 5:00 PM and will continue through noon May 19th. Password reset will be available, account claim will not be. Account updates will be paused during this upgrade. ITS strongly urges any departments with new hires to plan to create their accounts outside of this window. If you have issues after the scheduled maintenance, please contact the Technology Help Desk (help@brandeis.edu or 781-736-4357).
