Campus Wireless Controller Upgrades - Scheduled Maintenance

ITS will upgrade the campus wireless controllers on Tuesday, Sept. 29 from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. This is a methodical time-consuming process, accounting for all eight of the wireless controllers and the system reboot required during each system upgrade. This will minimize the impact on wireless service delivery and be transparent to the users, as no wireless services or physical access points will be offline during this entire process. If you experience any issues with the campus WiFi, please contact the Help Desk (6-HELP or help@brandeis.edu.)
